The Casting of Frank Stone (Chapters 4-14)
Four hours β the full second half of the game, the sacrifice completing itself, the story arriving at the ending that Frank Stone's mythology requires. Some stories demand is the Supermassive horror philosophy applied to the franchise crossover: the Entity's world is organized around sacrifice, around the cycle of hunter and hunted that the multiplayer game enacts as ritual. The terrible sacrifice is both the genre requirement and the cosmological one β the Entity needs to be fed, and Cedar Hills has been feeding it for decades.
The game ends where Supermassive's games always end: with survivors who carry the weight of what the night cost, in a world that has absorbed the darkness back into itself and returned to something that looks, from the outside, like normal.
